Har du hørt den om at Trump vil forby bruken av ord som "vitenskapsbasert" og "transkjønnet" i helsedepartementet? Litt av en type, ikke sant? Litt dumt at det ikke var sant, da.
Fredag kunne Washington Post melde, via en anonym kilde i helsedepartementet (HHS) at:
”The Trump administration has informed multiple divisions within the Department of Health and Human Services that they should avoid using certain words or phrases in official documents being drafted for next year’s budget.
Policy analysts at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta were told of the list of forbidden words at a meeting Thursday with senior CDC officials who oversee the budget, according to an analyst who took part in the 90-minute briefing. The forbidden words are “vulnerable,” “entitlement,” “diversity,” “transgender,” “fetus,” “evidence-based” and “science-based.”
